• Do not add your contact details to your profile (including your name).

• Do not promote a business, website, or third party organisation on your profile.

Messaging

• Do not send offensive or threatening messages. We operate a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to bullying or hate-speech

• Do not send your contact details to any users that are not confirmed friends.

Photographs & images

• Do not upload any images of illegal activity.

• Do not upload inappropriate images (use your common sense!).

• Do not upload any images that are copyrighted to anyone other than yourself

Subscription

• Premium membership is a time based subscription.

• Premium membership is an optional upgrade which unlocks extended access to the apps features.

• Premium membership is a subscription service which will charge you via the app store every period until you cancel the subscription

• Upon paying for premium membership (by either entering your card details or by subscription automatic renewal) your account will automatically be upgraded. Refunds are not available, even if you decide to close your account before your premium period is over.

• In the event that the service is unavailable for longer than a 12 hour period, your premium membership period will be extended to compensate for the down-time.

• Do not try to hack / compromise the security of this service.

• This service is operated by Datingnode.com - a dating platform technology provider operated by Rocketware Limited.

• The Datingnode platform connects its dating services together, this means your profile may be visible to users (not the general public) of other Datingnode operated services.

• The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades or reasons out of our control.
